We send an email verification code that expires after 10 minutes and limit verification to five attempts. Website forms may also collect your name, email, message subject and content, phone number, and quote requirements. Product reviews can include a reviewer name, rating, and comment. Support tickets and replies include a subject, description, and messages linked to the account.
How we use information
Account information is used for sign-in and verification. Contact and quote request details are used to respond to those requests, ticket information is used to handle support, and review content is displayed after approval.
